Designed by Hong Kong’s Studio Adjective, “Tripodal Shelf” is the second design of the “Tripodal series” for Ishinomaki Lab since the “Tripodal Stool”. The shelf extends the minimalistic and iconic structure of the stool to become a unique shelf design.

 

Composed with three layers of shelves by 6 pieces of western red cedar, the shelf is supported with a simple frame structure in centre and a piece of bold vertical cedar plank at each end. The vertical supports gives an unconventional look of a shelf structure and are also served as stand for books.
