Located in eastern side of Hong Kong, Alto Residences is a new residential development alongside the Tseung Kwan O south waterfront promenade 藍塘傲. Hong Kong design agency Studio Adjective has completed the renovation design for one of the top units with an ultra-compact living space.

The interior gesture is minimalist, majorly composted by two materials - walnut and light grey marble. In a compact environment, the architectural formation can be easy to define without being too busy. The lighting design has been carefully arranged, without being over-lit and to be able to create a precise and tranquil mood for the living space. This is an intention for the couple to be able to calm down and focus on their creations at home. Without inserting much of transforming furniture like other compact apartments, the strategy for this project is rather focus on delivering a sensible space with thoughtful detail. Making the apartment a space to experience every day.
